Guy Riding Unicycle and Playing Flaming Bagpipes Sprays Disinfectant in Portland Streets

This guy famous for going around the streets in Portland riding his unicycle and playing tunes on a flaming bagpipe hit the roads to make light of the panic going around town as a result of coronavirus outbreak. He dressed in a hazmat suit complete with a mask and sprayed disinfectant as he rode his unicycle. He also played a tune on his famous flaming bagpipes.
