This woman moved out of her hometown of Tulsa and had not seen her sister in three years. As she was walking her dog down the street, a stranger woman approached her saying her dog was cute. She looked confused for a few seconds, but when the other woman removed her wig, she realized it was her sister. She hugged her hard as they were meeting after three years.
